Brand new, or with 660 miles?
I know that they consider cars that haven't been registered yet "new", but that doesn't roll the odometer back.
On that subject, on one of the car buying web sites they asked if the tires were new, used, or worn out.
Obviously I put down "used", since they can't...
Okay, now I'm curious. Why is low mileage a hard sell?
Been looking at trading in my Challenger GT AWD, but it seems like the dealers are really low balling me. I kind of suspect that they don't like the low mileage (788) and think there's something wrong with it.
Like any engine, they prefer trips long enough to get everything warmed up properly, and diesels tend to not really warm up unless they have to perform actual work.
Don't know if the small diesels are the same way, but in Class 8 engines supposedly the rings aren't even meant to seal at idle...
I've always wondered why electric vehicles have so many more outside and inside power consuming thingies.

Okay, so it looks like crap, but if it would indeed get 500 miles on a charge, it might be enough for a round trip to Costco in real life, which is about 300 miles.
How far would it get towing something? That's a completely moot point for us. My girlfriend flat refuses to tow anything with a...
Meanwhile, many are getting 500,000+ problem free miles on their pre-'19 Rams.
Don't know about Furds, but it sure looks like those who actually use their Ram diesels for their intended purpose (pulling heavy, as often as possible) have far better luck with their emission systems than those who...
No anymore, no. Now customer care does it for you.
Okay, that's what they've always done, but the new version with pictures seems to really make people feel better about being fed vague, or downright false, information.
I admire anyone who can drive a twin stick. Especially down a grade and without a Jake Brake. Never had a chance to try, probably never will.
It'd probably take me more than 15 minutes to get a modern tractor going. But funny thing...the guy who bought the Pete spent almost that much time...
Somewhat like the '80 Pete I recently sold, I'm sure.
One thing I really liked was that the (air powered) wipers where completely independent of each other, with a separate knob for each side. Now some freak out if the wipers don't come on automatically if it starts raining.
You had to...
