Part of the problem is the amount of rate gained in the bar design (material, diameter, etc) is going to be lost in a sub-standard link through deflection. I've looked at the various aftermarket endlinks (even though my rule set limit me and I cannot use them) and there are some that are better...
Nice. FWIW, my car came with an extra litre of oil (aka overfilled) off the assembly line. I let FCA know, and it is captured in a long list of deficiencies submitted in an open case. Check your oil before taking possession following purchase/service, folks.
Resistance training (time in tension) and volume are awesome techniques. I've used bands and have a set of shipyard chains to help with progressive resistance and overload training.
I've transitioned to doing more volume than heavy lifts. You can lift something really heavy once, or lift something moderate 100 times - sure there are benefits to both. But, only one builds the kind of strength that will sustain you.
I found the volume component of this program...
Hmmm... I walked into the gym today and the trainer and I set up a little arm over arm strongman 500lb sled pull on the turf. Looks kind of like this (except without a car at the end of the rope):
Most people in the gym just stopped working out to watch (#trendsetterfitnessdork). I...
Kinda highlights the advantages of starting with a stripper if you want to get serious about racing.
Regardless that is very informative. I bet they could find that 13lbs in a pin on glass/carbon hood. And then carbon doors and so on.
You are making it personal again, and you cannot help yourself. But, that's okay carry on.
Thanks for showing me that Demon, nothing came up in my previous search. Kudos to Mr. Hoover for doing it - 3299 cars to go (LOL). I managed to find some more out about it, which reinforces my position on...
Mine was is okay shape at the time of delivery, couple of BS things (specs, a little fall out, etc). I think there is one decent scratch on the roof, or I put it there when I washed/waxed it in my brother's shitty driveway before taking it home. Otherwise I did nothing other than putting some...
I (sort of) miss mine - we'll see if the HC is a suitable replacement autocross car in a few months. You can see me racing ( @cole3986 ) it here: https://www.hellcatforum.org/threads/2019-poverty-pak-widebody-challenger.3128/post-5906 Autocross is way more engaging then just driving in a...
Cole, I am not going to sit here and waste any amount of my precious time justifying or substantiating myself to the likes of you or anyone else who finds my opinions inconvenient - that isn't the intent of this thread. I will take a moment to highlight how incredibly unfortunate it is that...
Looks like a hair over $50K judging by this dealer invoice.
But the mark-up says $64K

'87 Monte Carlo SS (sold my Turbo Buick about 5 years ago) - it is my highschool car which I am "restoring" (again). Turbo LS this time. Build thread is here should you be so interested.: https://gbodyforum.com/threads/mcss-rebirth.61336/ Figure stuff like this will keep me lucid.
That sound? Oh it is just a combination of Demon owner ego-protecting deflection and flatulent back peddling. Don't worry kids it will go away along with the relevance of their meaningless record.
