My wife says the same thing...this morning now my rib cage is sore,,,WTF..I still feel like I went 3 rds. with Mike Tyson...I've always felt good..and have been pain free...I can't imagine having to deal with daily prolonged pain..wouldn't want to be goin through your ordeal that's for sure...

I didn't take care of myself 30-40 years ago and it's now come back haunt me.

Therapist is working scar tissue out of my back and shoulder muscles that she says has been there forever.

You have to let yourself heal. Has your doctor prescribed PT for you yet?

I NEED A NEW TRUCK NOW...It's the middle of Nov. and this is my primary plow vehicle..the weather is great today ...but this is Buffalo...so now @ 1 I'm off to see the neurologist..tmro MRI....this shit is fuckin up my whole week....it doesn't help that patience is not my greatest virtue

Time to work on that patience virtue. Also, I’m thinking you’re not living paycheck to paycheck. Throw some $ at this mishap, be a compliant patient and get better. (I know this goes against your nature.)

Not that you’re a lease guy, but consider if this was a lease and you put a big down payment down to get a smaller monthly payment… your insurance would pay off the rest of the lease and you’d be left with nothin, and that DP would be in the garbage.

Hopefully your insurance policy includes “1 year newer”… that’s new verbiage in some policies to secure a “better” vehicle than you had.

We have some sorting out of a few things...and options to explore...it's just a timing issue that concerns me...(from now till Jan. 1st.) is our busiest time of the year...and with pending snow upon us...I have to get this sorted out as quick as possible...

Well got the news from my agent this morning...the kid that caused the accident has the minimum liability through Geiko..(go figure)..it won't even cover the damage to my truck..then ..get this..he damaged the guard rail...so even though the guard rail was the last thing damaged...the state of NY is first in line for payment...WTF..so now I have to use my collision coverage ...then they in turn subrogate against his company for what's ever left of his 10,000 coverage...the repair shop now has to wait for my adjuster to access the damage...the shop told me it will be totaled...I called Northtown on the blvd..(my dealer...) the truck is leased through Chrysler financial,,,I told them i cant wait for i's to be dotted and t's crossed...I NEED A NEW TRUCK NOW...It's the middle of Nov. and this is my primary plow vehicle..the weather is great today ...but this is Buffalo...so now @ 1 I'm off to see the neurologist..tmro MRI....this shit is fuckin up my whole week....it doesn't help that patience is not my greatest virtue

Agreed...I have it as well...my truck is registered under my corporate policy...I just hate making claims... our premiums are very attractive..mainly because of our low claims to premium ratio...

Just a little bit of information about your MRI. I went to the surgeon last week and he said that they get paid by the word to read your MRI.

Mine had a whole list of problems. He said that anyone over 30 gets the same writeup.

He then took the images and pointed out the problems that I'm having. So don't freak out about what your results are. Let your specialist read them for you.

Pending the results...my sister wants me to seek chiropractic care from a friend of hers that regularly treats the Buffalo Bills...(the woman has too many friends in the medical field...)...on a positive note..I feel better today..pain is subsiding..with the exception of my rib cage..
