    TRX Orders

One being a passenger vehicle (Durango) and the other a pickup, they may very well have different standards. Not that it makes the future for the Trackhawk look promising, and even less so for the Hellcat powered cars. Then again, a Challenger or Charger gets much better mileage than a...

Eric, I hope you're right. But me getting a suit, of any kind? Not happening. Especially since it's my girlfriend getting the girly-truck, not me.

I'd like to be more optimistic about it, but between the two new regimes (national and Stellantis) it doesn't look all that great for the future. And by "future" I mean starting with the '22 model year.

Umm, are you aware that for whatever reason some call the 'Hawk a truck. By their definition you would pick two Trackhawks and two TRXs.

Even if they can't meet emission standards?

Well, according to J2807 it can, but I towed about 1,800 lbs. with my 1500 once (an empty trailer) and will not try that again.

You think there will be '22s?

Having actual trucks, the 702 hp El Camino doesn't quite qualify as one in my mind. Being registered as a truck is one thing, but my hand dolly is also technically a truck.

Why drive a fairly obvious TRX with only 702 hp when the much more subtle 707 hp 'Hawk will do the job better?

    'Hawk.

Yeah, that's what I like about being stealth. And by the time they hear the exhaust it's too late.

That's great news! Unlike the Hellcat and Trackhawk, which I have simply debadged, I feared that the TRX would be next to impossible to make blend in. And yes, you guessed it, it was ordered in Granite.

Apparently ours have managed to get on a train, and was last seen in Nebraska. Time to get the tow vehicle and trailer ready, hopefully for the first half of next month.

Has anyone installed laser jammers in their Hellcat?

Well, it's a moot point for me anyway, since I don't have jammer. Instead, I merely let off when the Valentine lets me know that there's someone out there. Or speed up, if the signal comes from the rear.

Has anyone installed laser jammers in their Hellcat?

Either you have much better brakes than I do...or you drive a lot slower. Or maybe it's just me, not quite capable of decelerating from 120 or so to 55 in one second.

    Tire pressure gauge info....

I'm more concerned with the consistency of a gauge than if the reading is true. Once finding the pressure that works best, it doesn't much matter to me if the actual pressure is three psi higher or lower.

There is a Gold Rush on Challengers

Who said Elvis is dead? Or was that Liberace?

So basically, sell four and get the fifth one free. Helluva deal.

    MARCH 2021 HFCOTM

    There, fixed it for you.

    I think I might have a problem...

Taxis are considered commercial use, and different rules apply.
