What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Yep, dehydrated. Just like with other products, you just add water before using it. Easier to transport and store. Doesn't freeze, for example, which is why it can be left outside on the trailer.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Nah, I still have half a trailer load of dehydrated water left.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

That's what you get for living in a gator infested high zoot 'hood. Life is simpler, and better, over here.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

We still have 3G here, even though the carriers completely deny that it still exists. On the other hand, we don't have 5G, which they claim we do.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

There's always the so-called Tupperware Torpedo, now available with the engine in the wrong end.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I can proudly say that I have no idea. But I think they're fairly small, so probably not alligator proof.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

So there's a Volt in your future?

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Yep. These days you don't have to call customer service and get wild and untimely guesses. Instead, a hopelessly inaccurate web page shows the theoretical progress of the vehicle order. Basically, the graph shows my order at the lowest end of the scale...but that doesn't mean it's not already...

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I couldn't resist, so after about two months I tried the Dodge Tracker today. Thankfully my Durango order is still only accepted. Really hoping to change it to a Base model, and in a different (more subdued) color.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Is so cold that you need a Polish coat? A Czechoslovakian wouldn't be warm enough?

    What good is a EV?

For something like the 'Cat, which so far haven't strayed more than maybe 200 miles from home, there really aren't many choices for what fuel it gets. Basically, 91 octane and from a station that has more than three customers per day is about as good as it gets.

    What good is a EV?

If I worried about cost per mile I'd have to sell most of my vehicles. Instead, the reason I even keep track of the mpg is to see if it matches the usage for that tank, or if something might be wrong with the vehicle. Also, whether it's good mileage or a large fuel tank, I'm in favor of...

    What good is a EV?

Yep, hand calculated is what I do, too. Never have trusted those Lie-O-Meters in anything I drive. What I don't keep track of is the cost of the fuel. That part I can't do anything about, so...

    What good is a EV?

I know I am. Basically, I'm generally keeping it below 100 mph...largely because I want to reserve those last available 18 mph for when passing slower traffic.
  15. Jimmy N.

    What good is a EV?

Not quite. Traffic is one reason my mileage isn't better. There are times when catch up to and "have to" pass upwards of 10 cars in just 70 miles. Then those resulting 60/70/80 to 120+ spurts (floored) are just so good for the soul. But they do use up some gas. And it probably doesn't help...

    What good is a EV?

Guilty as charged. Apparently I don't even know what mileages our 'Cats are getting.
  17. Jimmy N.

    What good is a EV?

Dang. Even I can get that with the TRX. Maybe you need to buy an EV, to save tons of money, the planet, and China? All you really have to lose is your dignity. Then again, you used to have a Furd Raptor so there may not be any left to lose.

    What good is a EV?

Umm, either you didn't read all the posts, or you are calling me a liar. I really don't care for the latter, so you can say you didn't read them all, or couldn't comprehend them. If the answer to that is yes, I won't bother with posting the hand calculated averages of them.

    What good is a EV?

I would think that any stock 'Cat should be able to get 24+ with ease. We have cooler temps in our favor, but those are surely more than offset by the elevation changes. And it definitely helps not to have stop signs and traffic lights to deal with. Well, she does, but not a lot of miles...

    What good is a EV?

I'm surprised you don't get more than that. I tend to get 22 and change, my girlfriend is consistently exceeding 24 mpg with her Redeye. And that's on anything but flat and certainly not obeying the speed limit. Either of those does work against an EV, but the elevation changes (thousands of...
