I don't feel sorry for you, as we have a smoke detector by the entry door that's about 20 feet up.
And I can't get any of the cranes or loaders inside the house.
About a year ago I had to replace four Blue Tops in my toy hauler. They'd been in there since '98 or '99.
I credit using desulfation (Canadus in that case) for making them last that long.
