Why are my tpms measuring this way?

Were they OE sensors, aftermarket, or cheap aftermarket? I've never had issues (yet) with the first two kinds, but have never tried cheap ones. Even though I have the tire changing equipment a good balancer, it's just not worth chancing it, I think. PS. Now that I've played around more with...

    Buying another Hellcat

Unfortunately, the book doesn't take the diff gears into consideration. Breaking in a ring and pinion correctly is entirely different from the rest of the drive train.

    Buying another Hellcat

If taking a flight, room and board, into consideration the deal may not be quite as good. Not when you can buy in Utah for a good price. But money aside, for me it would be that it's nearly impossible to break (especially the diff gears) in correctly on a trip like that is the deal breaker...

    Buying another Hellcat

If you'd wrote just built, instead of built and delivered, I'd been more likely to agree with you. Although, you did write "usually", and our '19 Redeye apparently was not usual, taking over four months to get delivered.

    Buying another Hellcat

Bet it wasn't easy to find a house where it's as hot as in Phoenix.

    Your handle/name meaning and why?

Never killed, or maimed. Actually never even been in a fight. Well, got beat on in school a couple of times, but that worked out quite well since the girls really liked that I wouldn't strike back. Been in a jail cell once, during an open house at the local Sheriff's office where I was a...

    Your handle/name meaning and why?

Several people have suggested that I'd write a book about my (mis)adventures in life. I'm not up enough on the statute of limitations to know if it's a good idea or not. Either way, most readers would likely assume that it was all fiction anyway.

    Hypocritical Car Care People

For those that would like to exceed the 6,000-mile change interval, there is a way that's even approved by SRT. Simply switch your odometer to read in kilometers instead, and it'll buy you an extra 213.7 miles per change interval since now you won't have to change until at 10,000 kilometers. If...

    Hypocritical Car Care People

Ever since I started using Amsoil the air filter doesn't get dirty anymore, the wiper blades don't need to be replaced, and I haven't had a single flat tire. Amsoil is good stuff. I may even start using it in the vehicle, not just drinking it.

    What would you do?

Well, she did drive a 4-door. How happy could she possibly be?

    Hypocritical Car Care People

That is key. People waste a lot of fuel (and brake pads) with their driving style. I may not ever use cruise control, but might just be able to beat people that do.

    Hypocritical Car Care People

That would make for a very quiet trip if I were the passenger. Well, after having expressed what I think should've been done (i.e. PASS, DAMN IT!!!)

    Hypocritical Car Care People

My girlfriend always beats my mileage. Not because she drives slowly, but I drive even faster. I'm guessing that she keeps it under a 100, and know that she passes much less aggressively than I do, so when I get 22 mpg on a good tank in my 'Cat, her log book has multiple 24+ entries...and...

    Hypocritical Car Care People

There's been a lot of talk on this subject on the old forum, but I don't remember ever reading that anyone got in trouble for exceeding the time limit. I'd be more concerned with what the dealer poured into your engine, as they apparently don't always get it right. In my case. my dealer would...

    Hypocritical Car Care People

I wouldn't be surprised if Dodge is more concerned with those who drive five miles to work, sedately. Then maybe to a car show eight miles away on weekends. Plus, a cold start every now and then to rev it up for friends to hear when they come and visit. And they must have nightmares about those...

    Hypocritical Car Care People

I can't add 8,000 miles per year to anything, let alone 35,000. Heck, my '17 3500 just broke 19,000 and it generally only goes on 900 to 2,800 mile trips. Took me 18 months to put 1,700 on the Trackhawk, and the '18 Challenger is now at about 4,500. A '14 Ram 1500 had 22,000 on it when I sold...

    Hypocritical Car Care People

Sorry, Whatknot, but I don't buy into that bogus 6-month oil change crap. For the Challengers that would basically mean changing the oil again in the spring with zero miles (and starts) on it. Just doesn't make sense to me. Idling? My '17 Ram 3500 diesel has 11 idle hours on it. I hate idling...

    1973 Dodge Superior RV

I think it'd be best if Magnified gets to decide if he wants to fess up or not.

    1973 Dodge Superior RV

We can always count on you to try to weasel out of things, Magnified. But it's completely understandable since in your profession your livelihood depends on being good at it. When I do it, it's just for fun. So there.
