I sure wouldn't want something like that happening while going through a curve...maybe a wee bit over the speed limit. Okay, at the limit of adhesion, or close to it.
It may be the worst place to have extra weight, but dust doesn't weigh all that much. And weight doesn't matter at all for top speed runs, unless it's only a short one.

I almost bought a base V6 Challenger the other day. It's $21K...or an extra $1.5K for an AWD. They even have one in Triple Nickle at this TX dealership.

Mine came with optional 5-spokes, a $1,000 option as I recall, and while they weren't black they sure weren't far from it. Took me a while to figure out that what I wanted wasn't Brass Monkey (eventually learned that it was the color, not the style of wheel).

She traded in her favorite car, a basic Cayman, on a GT4 then quickly realized her mistake (with help from me, of course). A GT4 just isn't the same fun all-weather beater as the base model.
