What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Ouch! That's a lot for removing and tightening two plugs, plus maybe $25 worth of fluid (if it's the expensive Amsoil). And another ouch for going 41K on what was most likely an underfilled diff to start with. I like to check the level as soon as the vehicle comes off the trailer, and install a...

Has The Used Car Market Collapsed?

Air chisel?? I use the plasma cutter for that kind of stuff.

Has The Used Car Market Collapsed?

And you can get an SXT Challenger for some 40% off.

Has The Used Car Market Collapsed?

I just checked some ads, and 25-40K seems to be where the decent ones are priced. Won't mind fixing a few things, and it'd be great to have something without a damn touch screen.

Difference between the widebody and regular Hellcat

But the lower top speed is free.

Stellantis Sabotaging New Rams and Jeeps?

Neither does any other appliances I've ever seen.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Oops. That's what I get for not paying attention. Even more congratulations then.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Eric, congratulations on your win. Even if a few ducks suffered from your driving.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Which is exactly what God intended it to be - and why it sounds so much better.

Brand new redeye still landing at dealer

There's a reason they used leather straps to hold the hoods down in the past - at much lower speeds.

Brand new redeye still landing at dealer

You have an inside hood release, don't you? Just get rid of the safety latch.

Has The Used Car Market Collapsed?

I hope it does, as I'm starting to lust for a '69 El Camino.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Yep. Just like it should be. Animals are much more predictable, maybe even more logical. Except the deer.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

And hopefully also the deer, elk, and cows.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

    And it's somewhat recently repaved.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Hate to tell you, but I don't remember. Might have been too busy enjoying the sounds of both to be able to store the information in my brain cell. We might have to try again.

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Those cars were definitely loud. Of course, I've never been out in the open with 'Cats roaring by before. And had no idea that the blower was so audible on the outside. She liked the 2-day enough that she's talking about doing the 3-day next spring. Justifiably proud after getting second place...

    Obnoxious exhausts....

Oh, it should be broken in by now. About 6,500 miles on it, including our 60-120 runs (one of which ended up being a 60-160), and she also stomps on it when passing. It's not quiet by any means. When following her in her Hellraisin 1.0, it sure sounded loud and nice, even though I was some 200...

    Obnoxious exhausts....

For whatever reason, my pedestrian 'Cat is loader than my girlfriend's Redeye. Not complaining, by the way. Hearing that glorious sound when stomping on it to pass someone is worth the price of admission all by itself.

Stellantis Sabotaging New Rams and Jeeps?

And I thought I had killed my girlfriend's TRX when trying to back it off the trailer. Reversing at 0.5 mph, all of a sudden it shrieked and slammed the brakes. Engaged the parking brake, too, as I recall. Apparently it thought the ground was approaching and a collision was imminent. That...
