How thick and wet it is depends on how, when, and where I have irrigated. And how much and when it rained. And my poor grading skills, of course, since not all areas get the same amount of irrigation.
There's one small area by the main irrigation ditch that has a leak, and there the grass is...
If you borrow my 10-foot mower you could get it done quickly. Then drink the rest of the day.
Just don't use a petite tractor like ChargerChallenger's. It wouldn't have enough power. Well, maybe... if you pulled the mower really slowly, but then you wouldn't have much time to drink.
Needing a new battery in a '19 is a bit early, but certainly not unheard of. Measuring the voltage is rarely an indication of if the battery is still good.
Invest in a load tester, they're cheap. Or take the battery to an auto parts store and have them test it.
Obviously I can only guess why ChargerChallenger has a collection of chique little green machines, but it's likely so that he can claim that he has a ranch, or a farm.
In my case, we have tractors to move snow with, level land, maintain irrigation ditches and the driveway, lift vehicles on and...
Not anymore. It was a replacement for a Golf Sportwagen Alltrack. A great little car, but I never really became friends with it. So about a month ago I decided that a GT AWD Challenger would be a better winter/all-weather beater.
Its direct lineage is Ram 1500 (ultra boring), Trackhawk (not as...
Those are cute, ChargerChallenger. A whopping 43.1 horsepower in the "large" one. But, it is five more than what my girlfriend's little Kubota has.
And I'm guessing that the backhoe equipped mower is a 1025R. If so, that's roughly the equivalent of a Kubota BX25, which we have one.
Why, you...
Funny that you bring that up. While I don't have enough miles on it yet for a fair comparison, my new V6 Challenger weighs about 500 lbs. less than the 'Cat, and has less than half the horsepower.
Despite that, I'm not convinced that I can equal the mpg numbers of the 'Cat. Then again, I have...
On the other hand, turbos do well and last for hundreds of thousands of miles in trucks.
And when they used blowers, those were on top of 2-strokes.
We really shouldn't allow Furd to give turbos a bad name.
I bought one of those, but didn't even finish welding up a 3-point frame for it before realizing that a setup like that is for the birds (no, not Lize, but regular flying ones).
Basically, while far more powerful, getting that set up and running as needed is much more work than pulling out and...
