Interesting to note. I use concentrate and dilute 50/50 w/distilled water.

Did you have to take the plastic cylinder that turns the pup off the other side, or could you have kept it on? Curious what you had to do to get the front cover off
If I’m understanding you correctly, I could not have left it on to replace the o rings. I removed it as the 4 small screws holding it also held that third portion of the pump.

By the way guys, forgot to mention, I also tape wrapped the pump harness as I’ve heard complaints about the leaking pump corroding the contacts.
