complete hardware <== if you want to replace everything, but you can reuse the spring clips and bobbins if they are not worn.

That listing has the Brembo part number: 915508
Now with that, searching on "Brembo 915508" and there's many vendors with it, including Amazon.

That is pretty random for a reseller to do that

They are literally npt sold as a set and if I want extras there should be no stipulations on qualifying my purchase with additional parts

If they do not note that specifically I would complaiin for them to make the sale

I've been using the Chinese hardware for 5 years. No issues. I agree... if there was a U.S. supplier, so much better. However, at the time, this was the only way to get complete sets, without stress.
