    NOVEMBER 2022 HFCOTM POLL

But consider DavidKFla's dilemma here. For him to vote for a 4-door, he has to be able to vote for both. Maybe Hunter can make an exception for him?

Not a taxi in sight. That sure simplifies things.

    What's going on with Car #7 (a semi-objective analysis)...

You think the decal set will be trademarked?

    ****AVAILABLE NOW!!! 22 RAM TRX********

You can probably get the sticker package for car #7 from a dealer at some later point. And as for ordering, I wouldn't count on a five week delivery. Heck, the Redeye took 17 weeks from after it was built to when it showed up. Don't think we've got anything in less than 12 weeks so far.

Just do it, BULL. We only live once.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

No friggin' way. With my luck I'd succeed.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Huh? Did they run out of extra doors and stop making the Charger?

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Oh, just told her a white little lie. Never anticipated that she'd freak out when I said I was buying a Charger.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

So it's true what I hear about them not taking kindly to out of state cabbies?

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

Crap. That doesn't look promising for you getting yours. If I understand it correctly, you need it. Thankfully, I need one like I need another hole in my head.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I need to do that, too. It's been too long, and the snow will start falling for real somewhat soon.

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

Have they started building them yet?

    Differential metallurgy

Trust me, that's not friction material from a diff with clutch packs. For one, it looked and acted just like the mild steel chips you'd get when using your lathe. But more importantly, the helical gear diffs in Ram pickups have no clutch packs. As you can (barely) see at the top of the photo...

    Differential metallurgy

No, level plug on a Ram. No clutches in that one, and friction material wouldn't be sticking to a magnet anyway. Look at the nice curly pieces of metal.

    Differential metallurgy

It's still FCA/Stellantis gears, which I haven't had good luck with.

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

I do, first thing. About the only way to see when the oil finally gets up to enough temp to step on it. In your case the problem would likely be that the oil's too warm. And without looking at the performance pages, how would you know when to go remove the alligator pieces from the air intakes?

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

I wouldn't know if most of the functions work or not. All I use is the gauges in the performance pages and the Sirius screen. Seems like the 5 version in the '21 TRXs is quicker than the 4 in the '18 Challenger. I haven't driven the '19 Redeye enough to remember how its 4 works. My girlfriend...

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

Yep, that's my understanding. I suppose (if this happens) that I could learn to live with all the extra fluff the other trims include. Or, with my luck I'd end up with a third Stellantis vehicle where the radio station knob becomes inoperative when the performance pages are up. That odd flaw...

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

I should probably order one now. Looks like I'll have about six months to come to my senses, and when the day comes (or sooner) I can always get my deposit back. And maybe, just maybe, before it goes into D1 they might offer the base model which is what I want.
