From the opposite end of the Jeep power spectrum, anybody here interested in a 158 hp (turbo diesel) Jeep J8?
It's a 2-door (of course) with the rag top.
Thinking more about this...
There's been a complete change over time. Now you might be living in a one horse town, while we have plenty of them around.
Weight isn't that much of an issue unless there's a lot of getting the mass moving going on, like driving in a city.
Since neither a Challenger or a Jeep belong it that kind of environment, weight shouldn't matter.
Hell, they raised the price on mine a couple of times between when I ordered it and picked it up.
The miles on it I can't do much about (legally) so it'll be at least 18 on the odometer.
I had to give up a really nice 2-door GM pickup when moving here. As good as it was, including to chase down BMWs on twisty roads with, the wide tires and 2WD just wouldn't cut it here.
Needless to say, I tried hard to find a 2-door in white, but failed. It was actually plenty hard enough to...
A properly set up front axle doesn't need a stabilizer.
I'd fix whatever is causing the wobble (which can be several things, but I'd start with tire balance), then put a fresh stabilizer on there to help keep wear of components down.
That was really more of a nonconformist thing. Last chance to buy a guzzler that pisses Greta and her friends off.
Compliance would've been to buy a friggin' EV, and then tell people how great it is.
No, not necessarily. Of the few I know that haven't left yet, only one couple have any family ties, that I know of.
Some just aren't wired to "start over", I guess, and are apparently prepared to go down with the ship. Or they're in complete denial.
