    Agree. Fewer doors, fewer problems.

Your Ram Might Catch On Fire

Your pickup body, your choice. When I sold my '14 1500 it had about a dozen active recalls, ranging from air bags to that the the gas tank could fall off. Never did anything about any of them and it still ran just fine. My 3500 doesn't have quite as many, but two of them I did take care of...

Okay, went back and looked at your older posts. So the other issue is the trans, right? If so, go to the parts store and buy a locking dipstick that fits the tube. No, it won't be the correct length, but neither is the one the dealer would eventually give you.

Okay, looks like it's grid heater relay related then. Just unhook the positive cable, at the battery, that feeds the relay and zip tie it to the coolant reservoir. Done. Some of them can set a code, but generally it doesn't happen if you just start the engine without waiting for the heating...

Okay, spare me from watching the video, please. What are the recalls for (the numbers will do, those are easy to look up), and are they for gas or diesel pickups?

I figured as much, but is there a more specific reason for the spontaneous combustion? I only know about grid heater relays for the diesels and dipstick issues with the small transmissions. Both of which would be easily prevented.

So, without watching a 10 minute video, what's the reason for not parking inside?

    That's their problem, isn't it?

Well, I'll be paying below MSRP, but some money off still doesn't hurt.

May Be Relocating To Fort Myers Florida

Sounds like they could've been from the alligator place near BULL.

Which Hellcat badge do you prefer?

Those letters are very tacky. Otherwise they wouldn't stay in place. It was a lot more work to take the very similar (if not identical) letters off of the doors on the Trackhawk. In comparison, the cat skulls come right off.

Which Hellcat badge do you prefer?

Looks like the bottom one would be easier to remove.

    Which Demon do you prefer?

I may be worse. Have a container with mostly tires and wheels in it, and another dozen or so sets in the garages and a trailer. And let's not get into having engines, transmissions, axles, etc. including for vehicles I no longer have. Plus, of course, intakes, filters, gasket sets, and...well...

    Which Demon do you prefer?

Bought NOS hyperblack wheels, as in my avatar, almost instantly. Didn't care for the 5-spokes it came with...which seems to be what everybody else wants.

    Which Demon do you prefer?

Other than the OE tires and wheels, nothing. But I still have those...for some reason. Usually I have quite an assortment of stuff removed from vehicles I bought.

    Which Demon do you prefer?

Now you tell me. After I removed the badges.

I'd think that the taxi sign on the roof would suffice.

If I keep it, it'll be treated like the other 6.2s - the badges will disappear and then I'll do my best to make it look like a GT or less. In your case I'd be more concerned with the alligators biting holes in the tires.

Why on earth would I do that?!? It's not the Durango that interests me, it's the engine.

    Stellantis 1st Q Sales

Yes. And white in my case. Unless my attempt at changing to Vapor Gray works out, which I wouldn't count on. And if I don't register it, you could get it as a new vehicle. A 4-door, but still.
