    Usage-Based Insurance

    At about $50 per month for insurance, I have no incentive whatsoever to have them monitor my driving habits. And like 16GoManGo, if they knew...I'd be looking for insurance elsewhere. Which could be tricky if other companies find out why I ended up cancelled.

    Someone in Canada was interviewed on TV last night, obviously not pleased with the truckers. So like the politicians, he wants the trucks removed. His suggestion (also somewhat like a typical politician's thinking) was to slash their tires. You can't fix stupid.

    What I did today (actually over a month ago) was to not take the insurance coverage off of the Challenger for this winter. With any luck that'll mean we'll actually get some snow. It kinda seems to have worked as the weather guessers are now predicting 12 to 40 inches for the next couple of days.
