    What good is a EV?

Many can barely handle driving with all the "helpful" nannies that cars have now. Adding a third dimension to the experience won't exactly help.

What are your ⛽️ TIPS ON PUMPING GAS THAT WILL SAVE YOU $$$ or other ways to stretch the mile per gallon?

Are you saying that you'd prefer doing it in 85-105 degrees...while fighting off alligators?

    Project Farm Pennzoil oil comparison

I tried Mobil 1 Euro ( the correct grade) in a 6.4 Ram, and that resulted in lots of lifter noise at startup. So back to the recommended oil I went.

    Project Farm Pennzoil oil comparison

Yeah, that's why I prefer driving the 'Cat over the TRX. It hits the limiter at a measly 118 mph.

    Project Farm Pennzoil oil comparison

I would imagine that it's that kind of usage that has helped your engine live a long happy life. As opposed to short trips that doesn't get things properly warmed up.

Eight doors versus two?!? This whole thing is rigged.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I'm sick and tired of black wheels. Then again, many are so ugly that it's a good thing that they're black.

    Project Farm Pennzoil oil comparison

Uh, oh. Sounds like I shouldn't buy my PUP on sale, but at the dealer.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Makes me feel a bit better about the projected 460-mile range after filling up the TRX two days ago. Of course, it had been pussy-footed, keeping it under 90 for the very most part.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Must be, with a projected range of 208 miles on a full tank.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I also had nice weather today - rain for a change. Did move the (not really real) Challenger out in the open, so now it's nearly perfectly clean again. Meanwhile the 'Cat is sleeping in the garage, with a layer of dust on it. If tomorrow looks promising for rain, too, then the 'Cat will also...

    Vehicle Health Report Warning

I find those health reports amusing. For example I still get them for a Trackhawk we sold about a year ago. Obviously they had no idea that I changed the oil at 500 miles. It was due for a change when sold, but based on the reports it never got one. Started feeling sorry for it when seeing 14K...

    Hellcat/Redeye Insurance

I have a larger chance of hitting an elk than another car, but must have a better driving record than BULL since I pay about $20 less per month.

Defaults on auto loans at all time highs

Then you may want to check Craigslist, etc. for ones where the seller has realized that they're in over their head and can't fix whatever ails theirs. Oops, forgot to post the above. Anyway, don't call it an "excursion vehicle". That'll make it identify as a Furd, and lead to all kinds of issues.

Defaults on auto loans at all time highs

Those may be running low at the auctions at this point, but that's where I'd start looking. If nothing else, if you look at past sales you'll see what they sold for, and what condition they were in.

Defaults on auto loans at all time highs

Oshkosh Equipment. Foolishly, as it turned out. Paid a premium for getting one that was supposedly all gone through and fully functional, since I really didn't want to spend the time and money to go through yet another ex-gov vehicle. Yes, it came with new seats, a well installed hardtop (for...
