Do you drive your hellcat in the rain?

I drove mine in the rain today! Okay, so there was one short section when I saw stuff on the windshield that wasn't bugs. Micro rain at best, but still.

Do you drive your hellcat in the rain?

I'm definitely no expert on the subject, but do they still use Chevys as taxis?

    Bubble may have burst

Yep, I saw it. But it has taken me a while to stop laughing enough to be able to respond. And in all fairness, if I were hauling passengers around for profit a Charger would be the better choice. Then, as soon as my shift ended, I'd be in a Challenger. Both to get out of the work environment...

UPDATE - Found a Cat trailer that looks pretty good, is there anything I’m missing?

I can only hope you're right. And it's been said that God protects drunks and idiots. I'm living proof of that.

UPDATE - Found a Cat trailer that looks pretty good, is there anything I’m missing?

Possibly, but more likely because of how the car is tied down. For example, my 2,500 lb. Jeep used to ride in the far back of a trailer with a 42,000-lb. weight capacity, but it was tied down to unsprung parts (the axles) and never needed retightening of the straps, despite its squishy tires...

UPDATE - Found a Cat trailer that looks pretty good, is there anything I’m missing?

But they cost more than a real tongue weight scale, I think, which is more accurate.

UPDATE - Found a Cat trailer that looks pretty good, is there anything I’m missing?

That's also a heavier trailer, putting more weight on the tongue even when empty.

UPDATE - Found a Cat trailer that looks pretty good, is there anything I’m missing?

A sagging butt goes with the territory when towing with a 1/2-ton. I wouldn't worry about the appearance as much as the stability...or lack thereof. Adjusting the headlights is lot less work than undoing a tangled mess in a ditch.

UPDATE - Found a Cat trailer that looks pretty good, is there anything I’m missing?

Nice! Go a bit heavy on the tongue if you want...it's a whole lot better than not enough.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

BULL's trip will be just fine. In reality it was the oil that came out in late December that was two years old. Had it analyzed at a lab that does it more in depth than Blackstone, and then had the result analyzed by someone who really knows this stuff. As it turned out the oil (PUP) was just...

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

It's getting close to being able to stir up that 2 year old oil and go for a drive. But I suspect that the closest fun road is still closed off, since they claim that the snow pack is at or above average.

    ADM’s on SRT’s and Hellcats

Well, that explains your affection for cab-age cars.

    ADM’s on SRT’s and Hellcats

Well, they can call it whatever they want. The only reason I finance a car is to save a few grand.

    ADM’s on SRT’s and Hellcats

Which is exactly what used to be called "qualifying for a loan", right?

    ADM’s on SRT’s and Hellcats

Wouldn't it be sufficient to simply qualify, instead of having to "pre-qualify"? Or is it like with what used to be existing things have now become "pre-existing" - which to me means that they used to exist. As in previously existing.

The Deals Are Starting To Happen

Meanwhile my C&C rides quite nicely, even without any load. And that's obviously with beefy leaf springs in the back and despite a 14,000 GVWR. Bet it could be equipped with a plow, too.

    ADM’s on SRT’s and Hellcats

Nothing wrong with that, I think, as long as I get a large portion of that kickback knocked off the price. If it wasn't for saving thousands of dollars I would want to deal with the hassle of financing.
