What is up with this air deflector and pedal upgrade stuff?

I asked my salesman to leave my latest ordered vehicle alone, so they did. Perfect.

    POST PICTURES OF YOUR DURANGO

Part of me wishes that I had put at least 500 miles on the '23 and been able to stomp on it once. As it turned out it didn't get a single mile added to the odometer. Then again, it likely would've felt about the same as the Trackhawk so I probably didn't miss much.

What is up with this air deflector and pedal upgrade stuff?

I'm glad they usually don't. Saves me from removing those covers and adding them to the growing collection of needless extras.

    Brakes on 2018 Charger Hellcat

I thought your goal was to stop, not go.

    Brakes on 2018 Charger Hellcat

Okay, one more suggestion; don't use the brakes so damn much.

    Brakes on 2018 Charger Hellcat

Those brakes should last well over six years now that Hellcatcfp isn't doing taxi driving in SoCal anymore.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Mine would've got hailed on if I took it out today.

Maybe I Should Invest In a Dash Cam

Would you believe that it happened before I moved to the USA?

Maybe I Should Invest In a Dash Cam

Well, it wasn't by choice. Stranded along a road a car eventually stopped, he had gas but obviously not 2-stroke oil. Had Italian or Greek plates as I recall, so I wasn't surprised when he pulled out a can of olive oil from the trunk, with a big grin. Major language barrier, too, by the way...

Maybe I Should Invest In a Dash Cam

Noisy, yes by choice, but smelly??? Sure didn't smell bad the time I ran out of gas and ended up having to use olive oil as a 2-stroke mix. And there was some normal 2-stroke oil that also smelled very good.

Maybe I Should Invest In a Dash Cam

Far from new.. My first motorcycle was a 2-stroke, and of course I tinkered with it all the time. Just like I always wound my way to the front at stoplights. And then took off at the highest possible speed when the light turned green. Well, this particular time I had lowered the idle, so when...

AC still not working after 4 weeks at dealership!!

I'd find a another place that's suitable for human habitat, where A/C isn't needed.

AC still not working after 4 weeks at dealership!!

That's more of a Florida thing isn't it? But I guess they grow lemons in California, too.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

That must be your way of saying that you do not. But I can relate to the lack of garage height. Had the one in California built to accommodate a 1-ton pickup with a camper, since I'd never have anything taller than that. Which I didn't until buying a Peterbilt a couple of years later.

POLL - Do you want the EV (MY24+ Dodge Charger Daytona Banshee) offering from Dodge SRT???

It's much easier in the summer.since whichever direction I go it'll usually be much warmer than here. Then the body starts dispensing of fluid through the skin, and I don't need to undrink. But I will turn on the A/C before starting to sweat. Guess I should try cranking the heater up in the...

POLL - Do you want the EV (MY24+ Dodge Charger Daytona Banshee) offering from Dodge SRT???

True. On 1.000+ mile trips (not with the Challenger) I usually have to stop once to undrink. Especially in the winter.

POLL - Do you want the EV (MY24+ Dodge Charger Daytona Banshee) offering from Dodge SRT???

I do. But only in the sense that I wish it went farther on a tank. And please don't misinterpret that statement. It has nothing to do with the mpg it gets, but rather how small the tank is. To me the Challenger is the perfect GT car, with the exception of having to stop every 400 miles, or...

POLL - Do you want the EV (MY24+ Dodge Charger Daytona Banshee) offering from Dodge SRT???

I don't have to, but it's pretty damn convenient to have (on average) some 1,000 gallons of diesel and around 150 gallons of gas stored in tanks here at home. The ones I dispense fuel from have a batteries powered by small solar panels, so I don't even need to rely on coal powered electricity...

POLL - Do you want the EV (MY24+ Dodge Charger Daytona Banshee) offering from Dodge SRT???

Not if you forget the charging cord at the store and keep having to go back to get it. Then it's only about 37,000 miles per year to run errands. Which is still 5,500 miles more than I have put on my Ram 3500 since I bought it in '17. Of course, I also don't forget what car I'm supposed to...
