I'm gonna noodle on the 60'. Everything else has fallen right in to place and I'm thrilled with how the car is setup. My goal was always to run 10.00 in any weather and this year me and Go Man Go did exactly that. The real test was MSHS Clay City, KY back in June. 3500 - 4000 DA and ran several 10.0x passes at 140MPH. Then at ChallengerFest and Moparty in September ran 10.0x followed by 9.84 and 9.91 so was right there, having to slow down a tick. When things are setup proper the car 60s in the high 1.4x to low 1.5x and I think it can do better. It may mean I have to slow down a bit more to hit that 10.00 number in competition but I'd rather have to do that than be worried I don't have enough.

I've got a bit more testing I'll do probably late October early November now that I've got the tune optimized and shoot for a PB, hoping for a low 9.7 or high 9.6 then I'll see what's next over the winter, but eyeballing the AAD drag package. I drive my car on the street A LOT and in fact drive to and from the track as well, so I gotta keep it very streetable. Parker shared with me that leaving the drag strip tabs in wasn't recommended for the street as a little negative camber makes the car handle much better for street driving. He suggested getting the tabs setup like I want for the strip and putting them in a compartmented box with labels for what goes where making it a quick change over at the strip.

I am also planning on playing with the 60'. My goal is to run 9.99 no tune leaving everything stock except suspension mods and maybe weight reduction. I have the ADD full drag pak suspension sitting in my office along with Demon springs. So far my best time all stock with just drag pak wheel and tire setup is 10.394. I have ran that time twice at two different tracks. I have not been able to get to the track lately because of some family stuff but I want to go at least two times because I know I can beat my PB in this weather. I want to hit 10.2s or lower before I start the suspension mods and I know the car can do it I just have to get my right foot to do it. I honestly think with the ADD and demon springs I can break into the 9s. I am looking for low 1.4 60s. My average 60s are 1.47-1.50. My best is 1.46

After that the plan is to copy Hpindy's setup and go faster then him with his own setup:p:ROFLMAO:

It was a struggle for me to get traction and 60 foots . But I finally got that figured out ( I think )
I keep my rear alignment at one setting . 0.5 positive camber and everything else stock and I have 6000 miles of street driving on it and I find zero difference. Mind you I drive pretty calm on the street as to not draw too much attention and these cars can be a hand full on the street tires . It might be different if you drive very aggressive on the street a lot. I too drive my car everywhere including the track ( 6 hours each way sometimes).

My winter upgrades including beefing up the connecting rods and piston to better forged units so I don't have to worry about it when I finally run race gas .

That's good info on the driving characteristics. Parker indicated the rear could feel a little "loose" without some negative camber but maybe it's fine. If so, I can just leave my drag setup tabs in there all the time and have one less thing to fool with.

I've got the HHP shortened sway bar end links which I'm hearing could be a problem contacting the AAD arms. If so I'll switch them out for BWOODY or make my own.

@Hpindy you did some different springs and stuff to I think right? I really like the handling of the car as is, so I'm hesitant to make too big of a change to the suspension.

My aspirations are not nearly as high as you guys, however they are much less likely as well. I’d like to take delivery of my rear seat delete kit I ordered in August and get it installed before the car goes away for the season. Then put my summer tires/rims in the basement and put my stockers back on for the hibernation.

Yes I played with different suspension stuff .
For the longest time I had Demon springs and swaybars in my car with the stock hellcat shocks / struts and rode and handled no different then stock . I put about 120000 miles on that combo. Id have to check my notes but I believe my best 60 foot with that combo was 1.38 with a lot of low 1.4's and 1,39's . I just recently upgraded the shocks and struts to XXXXXXX and the software in the active suspension and got my 1.34-1.35 sixty foots . I will have an end of the year write up with things I tested over the summer .

Maybe I should just try Demon springs first then. My car can't do the software stuff yours can so I will be a bit limited there but I'd be thrilled with low 1.4s on 60s. Were they legit Demon springs or one of the HHP or OST models called "Demon". Front and rear I'm assuming? I did search your thread before asking btw LOL.

I didn't think the sway bars were different?

I have a ton of parts to install ... spacers, SC cooler upgrade, 1200 inj, have a 20V boost a pump already installed until demands dictate new fuel setup, working on tuning knowledge so I don't screw it up and grenade it. Also plan on adding components in rear to stabilize and launch more consistently. You guys have been a plethora of info, hoping as things move forward I can contribute as well.

I really like the rear seat delete. Put on your patience cap for the install LOL.

I used stock demon springs directly from the dealer . But the HHP, OST,Carlyle " demon killer springs" , etc all work great too and might be easier to get . The swaybars are lighter on a demon ( hollow) VS the hellcat ( solid ) and they shed 20 lbs per pair . That part really depends on how far you want to go . My car has many " little things " that all add up eventually. I highly recommend springs and arms to start with then see how your car reacts and performs. I bet you will not notice any difference on the street with this set up . But at the track it will allow you to leave the line harder and get your 60's down .

Ive had it all out before with the help of your vids Speedy. Not tough, just a little tight back there, that’s all.

When I did mine I removed both front seats to give myself more room . The front seats come out in about 5 mins . Plus it makes vacuuming the floor easier lol .

@Hpindy, do I need to raise the car to get to the bolts securing the seats? If not, that might just be the way to go. Thanks.

No . It's 4 bolts per seat (M12 inverted torx) and 2 plugs under the seat and out it comes. Rediculious easy

What he said. When I'm going for max effort I pull the passenger seat and take less than 5 min. I've found a wobbly adapter on an impact a great way to make it fast. Just make sure the torx is securely on the bolt before you pull the trigger.
