I'm selling my tazer as I no longer need it . It is unmarried and up to date . If using on a 2018 or newer car you will need the double bypass or some way to bypass the security gateway module.
I used this on my 2018 challenger hellcat.

You can do a bunch of different things . I mainly used it for the following .

Line lock
Cool down
Reset DTC
Reset adaptives
Total ESP/traction control off
In motion GPS typing .

I mapped the the first 3 to the aux buttons under the cruise control I added.

It has a lot of features I didn't use .

This comes in handy to correct the speedometer if changing tire size. I also like the window control with the key fob and that you can start the car in “custom” drive mode.

Mine is on a double bypass in the trunk. Anything that talks to the radio directly is a no-go...that includes aux video switching and in-motion nav.

Body or dash is ok though...because they're not behind the SGW.

You need the bypass module( black box) instead of the double bypass.
That eliminates the SGW completely.

I had theorized that the block would work.

I have the HPT smart access cable up front and I know that hasn't made a difference.

HPT did acknowledge that it is likely I would no longer need the cable if I went with the block but they never tried it.

I may have to.

I use the block on my 19 Grand Cherokee TH, with a Tazer and for AlfaOBD tinkering. Works great to bypass the SGM.
