You said one of us screamed "WTF was that".
If it was you, probably a problem.
If it was her, you probably just scared her going WOT.
My guess is that she has been in the car with you enough to not scare easy though.
Just was a quick joke.
Yeah it was me. Never had a car choke and nose drive so hard before.

Took a pass on the HC today since it gets 90% of my attention and went old school with the 4 wheel drum Roadrunner. Had to run last years fuel out as well as the flat spots in my tires. Here’s a few pics.

@Old Mopar Guy Oak Beach? There was a good show and swap at Flowerfield fairgrounds in St James today. First time there and took the Hellcat…plenty of space and a ton of swap vendors; but not like they had anything I would need. But I did get a bunch of Challenger and Viper hot wheels for my son.

Met a guy from the regular Challenger forumz, who told me about it, with a 1320. Had a nice long chat with him. Let me know if anything comes up this Summer. I’m terrible at finding the good events.

Bonus, stopped at Stew Leonard’s on the way back and saw this 2016 PCP Hellcat M6. I think he has less parking spot range anxiety than I. Hell, I even park my Ram that far out.

@thetalonguy Yup, Old OBI parking lot. I like getting out early, before all the usual jerks are on the road, and while my wife's asleep. I spend an hour and get back early enough to bring home a few egg sammys, and get things done around the house. Draws a really good crowd by 0800, getting in any later and you're parking outside. Just as well getting there early otherwise you run the risk of sitting in beach traffic. I saw 5-6 cars headed in that direction of Flowerfield this AM while I was stopped at the light at Rt. 111 and Nesconset Hwy. Figured they were headed that way. I used to do the shows at Flowerfield but that dirt road getting in always bothered me, the car is dusty before you even park.

There is another great show Tuesday late afternoon on North Ocean Ave. in Patchogue at Mt. Carmel Church, just north of Sunrise Hwy. Draws tons of cars, bikes, and a few food trucks. Music as well. Try and check either of those out, especially if you're in Suffolk. If you see either of the cars in my avitar stop and say hi. The Hellcat is an M6.
PS. beautiful PCP btw.

Edited to add, here’s a list Ive had a few yrs, just check to see if they are still active before going:

No. no, it hasn't been washed once a year. I bought it late summer of '18 and it has been washed once. About two years ago.

And speaking of fuckin, this is what my girlfriend's TRX looks like since we haven't had any rain in months.
And her new RS6 Avant doesn't look much better. Better, since it recently got here, but still not by much.
You can see a bit of it in the background.

Don't worry. I keep the undercarriages clean. You know, the parts that actually gets you there and back.

We don't go to car washes, or car shows, but we do drive our cars. Okay, the 'Cats don't get to play in rain and snow, but the rest does (except for her new GT4).

Normally the rain and snow keeps the top parts clean, but as mentioned, there's been no rain lately.
Do they run slower or handle worse because of it? Nope, not that we can tell.

This has reminded me of something I read as a kid.

Supposedly, in England they wash their hands before taking a leak, not afterwards.
It ended it with "Depends on where you are the dirtiest", or something to that effect.

I've seen many vehicles that are beyond spotless on top, but I wouldn't want to have them on the lift and be under them with all the dirt, oil, and crud, found there. Makes it miserable to work on them.

"Nobody can see it" is something I've heard many times. Okay, maybe not normally, but there's been several times when after rolling my Jeep, people have been amazed that it's spotless underneath (it is definitely not on the top side).

Anyway, a good rain or two and our cars will be clean again. On top, too.

Buddy has a Challenger, and it always looks like it was just waxed. I've asked him his secret; he washes his car without soap; so just plain ol' water. I kid you not, shines like it has a new coat of wax on it!

Ceramic coating. It's amazing and money well spent.

They did not want to contaminate their dicks. Urine is sterile!

Don’t want to be the only weirdo walking into the rest room and going to the sink first, or asking for cleaning towels before walking into the woods and washing my hands before touching myself. I have hung with too many very observant motorcycle riders.
