How hard are pads on these cars? Wheels off, undo clips and reinsert or is there more to it?
1st thing I needed was finding the correct pinch weld adapter so the hydraulic jack saddle wouldn't damage the car's jacking points/other areas.
(depending on vehicle type, they're available in shallow groove, deep groove, 4 way criss cross groove, and who knows what else)

2nd thing is getting the wheel off of the vehicle if it's frozen to the hub, as was mine, without causing damage to either the wheel or tire.
(I've seen several "methods" for removing a frozen wheel, not really keen on any of them)

3rd thing is I would need to buy ~$300 in equipment for an SUV hydraulic floor jack, impact gun and heavy duty jack stands.
(sold most of my tools years ago)

And that's the reason why I paid the dealer $480! :whistle:
