This is out of my late 2016 Challenger Hellcat. Fits all 15/16 models. It retails at $1600. I have a total of 2000 miles on the car so this is virtually new. No clue. I have heard that some kind of dealer flash may be needed to communicate with the new car. This came out of a late (oct) 2016, so whether this can even be plugged into a 2017 or later…. 🤷🏻

Are you sure this unit has CarPlay? The 15-16 units didn’t have such, that started in 17 and up. I have a 16, it doesn’t have car play, I’m interested in it for a spare.

I’m just guessing but I think the $1600 advertised unit I showed for a cost comparison may have been upgraded to have that. It says Radio infotainment system “upgraded”. Like I said…. I don’t know shit about this stuff. I did not have Apple Car Play. I don’t even know what that is. It does have Nav and all the other function/mode stuff. The radio was the HK. I’ll knock the price down to $500 considering it may (or may not) need to be flashed by a dealer. I’ve read different opinions on that too. I’ve also heard you can just exchange the screen and continue to use your existing unit.

Also…. As far as use goes. The car had 2200 miles on it when removed.
