Yes, it sure does. In my mind it's huge bonus in the winter months for the salt or whatever chemicals they use around here in NOVA. :)

ETA, with our local wash, the owner has a C8 which he take through it all time. He parks it there at the wash most days. For me this was a great comfort cause again, I was mostly concerned about potential damage to the wheels. Also, we previously had a WB SP, and I took it through the same wash too fairly often, and she had those big 305s square - I think the OE tires on our DD are a tiny bit less wide, like maybe 295s. I look at em carefully after each wash, and nothing even approaching a scuff.

I don't hate freedom, and think we should all make our own decisions about this stuff. Live and let live, pursue your own happiness, and never forget life is way too short, and none of us are ever guaranteed a tomorrow. Not gonna lie though, I find it kinda hilarious how some actually get ANGRY when I mention I use the car wash LOL. Chill brothers, none of us here gets out a alive, so enjoy the ride (and the absolute blessing and gift) of each day best ya can. Hug your loved ones and tell them you love them. When your time comes up, I promise you are not gonna be plagued with any regret over having used the car wash if you so choose.

Also, I'm old and jaded and a little bit tired in comparison to my younger days LOL, and in my mind I'm a pretty solid "been there, done that" with the meticulous hand washes at home. There's no right or wrong answer here of course, but personal preference. :)

According to the members in Florida, winter is when it's below 85 degrees.
