I've never wanted a white car not enough pop. I've owned several black and never again too hard to keep clean.
Interestingly, since shopping for 911s and the Z06 white and black were the most common colors I came across. Quite a few red for the Z06 too.
Metallic grey or silver was it for me on this one. It's stunning in the sun light. Just a hint of pearl flake in the paint and the red brakes and interior accents really set it off. The pearl makes the color flop around all the shapes in the car.
For 30y my preference was silver, I like that it hides dust, dirt and water spots, and I believe it one of the best camouflage colors, I always thought of it as the opposite of pop. Then the white M6 popped up on my radar, it was the last remaining new M6 I could find in summer 2020. I dove 150mi to see it, and bought it.
Couple years ago I was coming out of WM walking to the car parked at the end of the row where people care about their cars, and there was a silver Challenger near it. The silver blended into the background, just like I would have wanted, but the white stood out like a shiny star. My objective was camouflage, but the white really does stand out.
