They're supposed to build warehouses or something but it's not even zoned for that and the local government isn't in favor of it versus the track.

What is it with warehouse's?? They built a dozen around my small little town here in PA right where I80 and 81 cross. HUGE 1.5+ million sq ft ones, many built a year plus ago and still vacant but they keep building more??? WTF??? What used to be deer, turkey, bear, wild life havens, is now empty warehouses and fenced in drainage ponds
Next on the horizon in 2 years supposedly is a 6.6 BILLION $ natural gas to gasoline conversion plant, guess they haven’t heard gasoline is going the way of the Do Do bird according to the latest administration??
