Damn Dodge you have to give us something new to give our forum (which for the record is the best damn forum in the world) new excitement to debate over and over and over and over. I work with a lot of retired military folks (15-25 years my senior), very accomplished soldiers and airmen (fuck the Navy), and a lot of them have come out the back end of their careers in a bad way (joint damage, diseases, mental health) slowing them down into a sedentary lifestyle. They give me that look like: you are next, Son.

And it is hard not to believe it.

So to keep active (outside of the gym) I do grueling stuff like this:

Used to work out regularly with my cousin, pro body builder known as the “Giant Killer” and he had me on a flexibility workout. But time marches on, age & illness have taken their toll. Keep doing what ur doing for as long as you can, the alternatives are lousy. Family, car shows/cruising and watching college wrestling are my main activities now. My wife and I are like that commercial, where the old couple get in their muscle car and are instantly transformed back to their twenty’s! HC’s will do that for you...

El Mike Ola,, when you can fall into a vette is food,, but getting out takes 2 hookers and a big tip to get you out is ,, expensive. Time for a Hell Cat. Hooker can get you out from the other side, Bent over of course as I am watching 2 1/2 men..

ROFL - exactly why I'm driving a Hellcat & not a Vette or Lotus or Porsche or Lambo et al - I can flop in but getting out is expensive. If they were large enough to carry the 2 hookers along for the ride, it would be more do-able, but having to 'stage' them at your planed destination(s) gets too pricey for my blood !
