Pretty sure I think we discussed this. Mine fit no problem, little tight on install but after that easy day.

Semi buttoned up. New an lines on driver side. Spent 48 hours thrashing, wouldn't have it any other way. Time for bed, gonna do the coolant side during the week.

@RGPIII the Mantons are the only confirmed fit for 6.2 Hellcats with a power steering pump otherwise you need to eliminate it.

I had to modify my new Cornerstone covers to work with the power steering. I haven't seen any kits to eliminate the power steering on a hellcat yet.

There is this manual rack:

Also a kit wont be made… what do the hellcats and 6.4s with electronic steering have? An extension with an idler pulley. Thats all you need to eliminate power steering pumps 😉.

Weld a 10 a fitting to pump and put on a remote tank. That’s how the old 6.1’s are

yup, could just buy the 6.1 pimp and use a remote reservoir. I got it modified to work with my power steering.

Sorry for the dumb question, but is this mod primarily done for aftermarket blower fitment, and secondarily for some valve cover brands it appears?

I did this mod on both of my cars so that it takes me less than 20 minutes to do spark plugs

No doubt on the plug access with the Mantons - was asking more about the power steering changes.

For me in the charger, I won’t need power steering as it’s a dedicated race car for the other vehicles. I don’t know the blower is big enough that it causes an issue

Yep, exactly. I’m selling a hellcat pump with a remote fitting on it, not a 6.1 pump. Tank is from a 6.1 or 6.4, has the correct feed and return port sizes that will work with hellcat lines.

3.8 race version doesn’t like it

Robert, What portion specifically had to be modified? I have the Cornerstone covers but no plans to have HHP install them until the new block is finalized.

Any pics of what had to be changed?

the front edge needs to be milled down pretty significantly. I've got the 6.1 pump and remote reservoir ordered.
