Yep, the '23 was the dumbest damn thing I've done in a long time !!
Build quality was just not where it should be on a $80k car IMO. And the dealers refusing to fix anything just added to the angst. Most of the issues were minor and any 1/2 competent dealer could have easily fixed them. A big red flag was the seemingly constant parade of niggling issues that continued to pile up.
As if to reinforce my decision to dump & run, I got the Uconnect needs service error on the very last outing the nite before turn-in.
I've been pleasantly surprised with the service & attitude from the Genesis dealer who had bent over backwards to make things painless as opposed to the Dodge dealers basically telling me to F Off. Only complaint is the exhaust is WAY too quiet .
I need to look into what that message is all about, it just popped up once randomly and I just hit the X, but everything was working fine when it did it, before and after
I have a bunch of accessories available, haven't had time to list them yet ...........................
MaxLiner floor mats (front only, now called SmartLiner)
mirror covers
armrest cover
seatbelt extender (aka seatbelt chime eliminator )
cargo cover (can be used with 3rd row up or down)
sun shield (Covercraft UVS 100)
OE lugnuts (3 sets of 20)
Most of the ones I find up here are R/T AWD T&G. No shortage of options there. The R/T w T&G though has the adaptive dampers which allegedly can't accept any sort of lift spring / bag assistance...but they can. You just can't be as dumb as a base vehicle.
I'd prefer AWD as it would be an all year round vehicle for me in northern PA. If I lived below I-80 I'd do RWD in a heartbeat.
The Amish came up to do my roof in the summer. They were at least $10,000 cheaper than anyone else and they had it done in literally 9 hours including knocking the chimney below the roof line and capping it.

Mines a 21 with blacktop package, leather seats, captains chairs with center console (middle row), screens in seats with blue ray player/hdmi ports, carbon fiber inserts, suede headliner and a pillars. Bunch of weird options but It’s really nice. Lane departure, adaptive cruise control, all that junk. Trailer hitch with the trailer brake. It’s only RWD though, so no boats in the water I guess. But the RWD has 200lbs more towing capacity than the AWD - should be 7400 lbs. All the electronics seem to work great. Got a random pop up saying the 10” u connect box needs to be serviced, but only popped up once never saw it again, everything seems to work fine. The dyno feature is pretty cool, my ancient 15 hellcat doesn’t have any of that
We used to pull a 20ft cobia pretty easily with our first Durango 2015 v6. It was awd but prob had way less towing capacity than yours. As long as your tires are good you should be able to pull a 20-22’ out of the water w/rwd no prob.
Congrats on the new ride! Crew Chief Greg has a 2022 R/T AWD Tow n' Go. Has all the SRT goodies, even suspension parts are stamped SRT lol. Exhaust sounds awesome too. Just doesn't have the 392, everything else and seemed like good value when he got it.
Thanks Speedy! Yeah, I was in the light used market - tow n go is almost impossible to find. Had one and missed it by 2 hours. I need to do some exhaust work to this for sure. Hoping I’ll be able to toe the hellcat to a few tracks within 2 hours of me. Thankfully it’s nice and flat here lol. Really liking it so far

The only difference is the active suspension, the brembo brakes, and actual “tow” button (different engine/transmission map?) mine has the hitch and the trailer brake/trailer stuff. We’ll see how it goes, hopefully it’s enough
