High Intake temps

Hello everyone,
Got a 21 SRT and Noticed today that the intake temps were hitting 150 degrees. Now compared to my Scat pack which I installed the Hellcat Lower and intake tube on it , if it's 80 degrees outside , the intake is 83-85 degrees. I also have a Hellcat factory air filter in the box. It's a Charger 2020.

So with that being said, what are you guys doing to lower intake temps? That's amazingly high for a pretty low humidity 80 degree evening here in Lower Bucks PA.
Is there a hellcat Lower and setup for the SRT? Should I start considering going aftermarket with a closed system like a AFE? I really don't like what I saw there and especially since it has the Hellcat SRT style hood with the air vents releasing heat.

Another thing I noticed, I use to own a R/T Durango and it use to get air from the front as well as the bottom, The SRT is blocked off where the R/T Intake has a inlet tube.

Lets talk intake mod's and what can be done to lower intake temps.

I watched a few videos on DDHC models and the only visible difference I saw was the Hellcat has some kind of resonator connected to the intake tube whereas the SRT does not.

I know CAI systems do not yield alot more horsepower, I do know high intake temps lower horsepower. So my idea is to find a CAI system that lowers intake temps and retains the power I have.

I can't seem to find any good threads on this topic , I'm gonna keep digging but maybe someone can provide a link to a goo thread or some good advise on this topic.

I live in bucks county as well. It’s been extremely humid out lately it’s not just the temperature. The past few days we have been dealing with haze from wildfires as well. The cats I noticed get pretty heat soaked especially not moving in 80+ weather with lots of humidity. Here’s an idea if you just want to have fun take the car out in the very early morning. Last weekend it was 60 degrees in the morning today it’s 67. I notice my gt500 even with a similar open element as my Redeye stays very close to the air temperature just like your scat. The cat is just a different animal plus the gt500 has that huge vent outlet in the hood the air flows out through which helps a ton. The hellcat is great at pushing air into the engine bay not so much getting it out.
