Recently had interactions with Ford's warranty/customer care department over a known out of warranty issue. I can tell you they have the dumbest people manning the phones. This spans over 1.5 years.
My opinion here, they are not backing/supporting their current customer base.
Not sure what the future holds, but my truck will be my last Ford I will ever purchase if I can help it.
Their incompetence has reached legendary status across the board it seems. Don't worry, Ford will always be too big to fail.
