Well, not sure what to say, "Awesome" and "I bloody love it" doesn't quite cover it

Just what I was hoping for and more, practical comfy car with character that goes well, perhaps a little under exaggerated. I had been a bit worried it might seem a bit small but size is fine.

Been taking it easy as doing the run in, can quite remember what delivery miles were on it but a bit more than the usual, so today now covered 400 miles and refuelled ready for tomorrow.

Looks great in black, but its already a bit dusty and got my finger prints on it , must hold only the door handle .

Lots of things I likely haven't noticed but loads of nice touches, like the car silhouette in the windscreen, just shows how much thought went in. Oh and how lovely is the underside of the bonnet and the engine bay, all smooth, I didn't appreciate it on internet pictures.

Called at the tuning shop to show them, they were very impressed, they liked the belt width and using proper metal clamps everywhere and remarked that it looked better built/finished than the Japanese models they specialise in.

I didn't want to come indoors but it was 8pm and I was hungry so brought the book in and going have a read of that shortly. I fiddled with the custom settings and put it in sport mode but noticed the traction control off light came on so left that alone for the time being until I get a feel for it. Can't wait to give it some serious throttle.

Paddles are different than others I've had too, goes out of manual mode on its own so will read about how that works. EDIT - I'd just been using the paddles and so was only in temporary mode so will use the stick tomorrow for permanent manual, other car I've had with paddles just has the permanent mode whether stick or paddle activated.

Need to have a read about the auto high beam too, not had that on a car before and it wouldn't stay on and I got a message in the centre. EDIT - going to switch this off, think it was confused by a relatively light sky and I wanted main beam to be sure to spot wildlife in dark hedge rows at side of road.

Lots of looks on the M25 round London, its unusual plus the 70 in the number plate indicates its new September 2020. Will probably go fairly unnoticed near home as I live near RAF Mildenhall and Lakenheath so theres lots of US cars about.

I've had some really nice cars before but this one is up at the top of the list. I'll decide once run in and driven properly but for street driving I'm not sure theres any point in keeping my GTR.

Yes, became shortened Lize version many years ago which originated as a login to a computer system at a new job as there was already a Liz R worked there (different surnames beginning with R) so I became Liz E as I worked in the EDI department.

No, I've been wondering about those.
With trucks I sort out loads of accessories, mud flaps, bed liners, covers etc at purchase but I didn't worry about anything immediately with the car.

There was a set of SRT pedal covers in the boot, wondering if they were designed for someone else.

I had the pedal covers in my boot,I would definitely fit a set of mud flaps before you put too many miles on,there are horror photos of paint chips caused by those huge tyres spraying road debris up the side of the vehicle.

Congrats, I bet you don't plan on driving it much, I just left London several months ago and gas prices are unbelievable compared to US prices. If I was a UK citizen I would stick with the bus. Enjoy.

I've never been there, but I'd think we'd have stumbled across that in passing...
