I am late to this but please, hard NO! I had one of these and it shit the bed mid run, boy was that making the car unhappy, also untuneable as me and OST chased this fuel issue for a month. Switched to the OST kit after some inspiration from @Speedy! and haven't looked back.

Yes. He is who I worked with learning to do the unlocks. We (as well as he) can unlock anything 2015+ diablo or HPT

All we use mainly locally is HPT for tuning, so yes, our unlocks can be flashed using HPT. We were actually unlocking the TRX's before HPT was, between all the shops that send us PCM's, last count was over 200 TRX PCM's alone we have unlocked all tuned by HPT.
