I've been watching their videos, seems they only PIT above like 80MPH to ensure a big crash. Watching an old episode of COPS they got permission to PIT UNDER 40, here that is too slow for them. Even though I was LEO, their shenanigans are over the top and just designed to crash people out.

Playing like that in the dark of night not only disguises your shenanigans but you don't have a clue when a LEO is on your case or hiding in some obscure place to bust you. Really don't understand the runners. When the cop is right behind you like that in the beginning, he has your plate & eventually, they will get you.
If I was planning to race like that & run if I got busted, I'd have a fake plate + a switch to kill the tail/brake lights. That way if you got a good enough lead you could select an exit (preferably just after a curve in the road or the downside of a hill) and bail.

Mixed emotions on this. Street racing's not a great idea but I question whether there is a need to further endanger public safety by the LEO driving 140+ at night to nab the driver who is trying to outrun him. If the crime is for a more serious crime...maybe... but one wrong move and an innocent person is going to pay the price.

Totally agree. He already had the plate #’s. Why not just send a squad car over to the address at some point and impound the car rather than driving like a maniac and endangering innocent lives? I question if it’s a matter of him getting his rocks off driving 150 mph.
