They took down the site where you can enter in the VON. Now you have to call Dodge for updates 800-423-6343.

yeah, that site/option has been long gone.

I remember back in pre 2012 someone had posted a link on the Jeep forum where you could substitute your VIN # in a URL and get a spit out of the exact info the assembly plant/FCA/ provides in the dealerconnect system. FCA eventually caught on and that got locked down after about a year.

Looks like this still works for a 2023 Durango Hellcat. So far mine shows order accepted with a VIN# provided and all other steps as
TBD.

After 7 months of checking the Dodge Track Your Order website daily and putting in my VON & Customer Name (which it accepts) it
still comes back No Information. They could at least tell me what's holding up my order or if they're ever even going to build my car or not.
It's extremely discouraging and depressing!

the track your order site was completely useless and never worked one time for my Charger, even after wasting time on the phone with Dodge. Just emailed the dealer every couple days and they would send me back the current snapshot from the computer

There is also a number to call where you speak with someone.
Cannot recall the number, but if my memory serves me, the dealership gave it to me.
It may also be posted in here somewhere.

I'm anxiously laughing. My Super Stock has been "in production" for nearly 2 months and the tracker says ETA for deliver is 5/24. Salesman has been pretty useless for updates, just tells me there are no changes in his end.

Mine is a SS also, ordered in March 22 received mid August 22 still shows delivery TBD to this day. All is useless
