We're gonna do the same format as last year since it was so popular and run ChallengerFest right ahead of Holley's Moparty. This let us have one long weekend of racing and car culture stuff. Holley is offering a discount to folks that attend Challengerfest as well. When you pre-register I will send you your custom link for the Moparty discounted registration.

I’ve gotten to know Herman and we were just talking about making a event out of running each other. He’s interested in the DragPak thing and me and Tucker have been helping him get one built. The HellPak will be done and running by then but he’s going to need to turn his nitrous up to run with me. Sounds like this would be a good time.

Speedy.... I’m going to book at one of the two. Is one preferable as a first choice as far as parking or any other considerations goes?

Not really, they share a parking lot. It's more what kind if accommodation you prefer. One is like a standard hotel, the other like a long term stay washer dryer and all that.

Ok.. info for anybody else that may plan on going. The group rate at both of the event hotels is full and no longer available. I called the Fairfield and booked the 15th thru the 19th at the regular rates and it came to $75 more than the group. No biggie but a good indicator of participation for this and the Moparty.

You should see that place during the NMRA race. The Mopar race last year seemed empty compared to it. Also 1st year compared to 20th year

I'll ring my sales person tomorrow and see if more rooms are available for our block.

Comparing last year to anything may be tricky. We had about 50% normal attendance. Moving dates 3 times was probably the largest impact with people planning time off. Selfishly it made the event a lot easier to manage lol.

Ok! I’m registered for both Challengerfest and Moparty. I’ve got a confirmed match race with Jim in the Redeye Racing Twin Turbo and also with Demonoligy if he can make it. He’s booked to the max but he said he’s going to try to make it. If not Challengerfest... maybe Moparty!!
