1.3 60 foot time, How many have done it?

Any 60 foot time that is in the 1.3's or better is just an outstanding achievement in acceleration!

I know my first time doing this it felt like my eyeballs detached and went back into my head. It was quite a rush. WOW

No, sorry I didn't do this in my Hellcat or any street driven machine I've ever owned.

But according to Wallace Racing computer for G forces in 60 foot - 1.399 = 1.68 G's and 1.301 = 1.94 G's.

I consider myself a neophyte/novice in drag racing down a track with only about 60 passes my whole life. My best 60 foot was a 1.361 or equal to 1.77 G's.

1.38 in my '87 mustang I had. Drove the car daily and alway's was surprised when I went to the track by how hard it left with traction, felt like a different car

Congratulations, outstanding and insane 60 foot!

Wallace racing says that was 1.97 G's, a combination of a lot of power, traction and everything else is flowing perfectly in drag racing!

Going in the 1.3's 60 foot was unforgettable and really changed everything about drag racing for me..

Yes that was in My Hellcat.
And yes you can always feel the Gs when the launch is smooth and flies.

Made a 1.3 only one time, same for a 9 second 1/4, same pass, M6, my glory pass pass lol, the holy grail to keep spending money on to try and get there again lol, like sticking a needle in your arm 😂

Lol. It felt like 5. Just a lot of work with the suspension and different alignment settings. And of coarse the big 315/60-15 Radial Pro tires. Plus 1200whp doesn’t hurt 😝

Just for giggles, I asked one of my employees about some of his best 60 foot times knowing he bracket dragraces for money.

In his 69 Camaro on alcohol he claims 1.242 which is 2.13 G's amd low 9's in the 1/4 mile

But his best ever was a 1.08 60 foot time, which equates to 2.81 G's and in the 6's in the 1/4. WOW
