Ram Rebel TRX Reveal Date- 8/17/20

It's inflation. Each hp isn't worth as much as it used to be.

But did they guess what year, too?

Yeah, that was my initial thought, too, but after looking at the details I ruled out the Land Cruiser.

That was my guess, based on the windows, door handles, and mirrors.

Ah, I knew there was a reason I haven't driven the 'Hawk much. Since it has a smaller screen, maybe I only have to wait six months before I can stomach it?

    Ordering a Hellcat

Aw, c'mon. We all know that it's the excessive amount of doors.

Not if you buy my "pre-owned" 'Hawk. (Shameless plug, huh?)

You left out that they had to turn the lights and wipers on and off themselves, too. The horror. But seriously, not having Jake brakes must've been a thrill and a half.

Dear DodgeCares: Ongoing Radio issue that makes car unsafe and unusable.

Yeah, the discharge situation sucks. But as mentioned, if I could just have an oil temp gauge, the rest of the touch screen could go in the dumpster. Funny that you mention the seat coolers, though. I got stopped by road work two years ago, so there I sat, able to play with the touch screen for...

Hey, @Stormtrooper1320, I just had an idea. I"ll add one more item to your curb feeler Christmas gift package; a backup alarm. Yeah, the kind that they have on dump trucks and other machinery. By having one of those beeping at 110 dB as soon as you put your car in Reverse, you'll be much...

Indeed! It's amazing what eliminating two doors can do for a vehicle.

Is anyone else here concerned about their well being while driving their Hellcat?

Hey, at least most of them are a (minority) voice of reason in this goofed up world.

    100k for a used hellcat?

Sure is. So I'm back up to six again. But this is the first civilian one I've owned.

Dear DodgeCares: Ongoing Radio issue that makes car unsafe and unusable.

I think I may have thought of a reasonable facsimile. I'll tape a photo of the innards of my garage to the dash, then look at it instead of in the mirrors.

Dear DodgeCares: Ongoing Radio issue that makes car unsafe and unusable.

If going by those uber safe standards, I shouldn't even be driving mine. At least not the way I drive, and where. Usually I don't bring a spare (or a jack and such), so even a flat tire could leave me stranded for many hours, and that's without cell service for the most part. If I ended up...

Dear DodgeCares: Ongoing Radio issue that makes car unsafe and unusable.

That's about the only legit excuse you have, Mr. 1320, because I know your not completely inept. Although, I must admit that there was one time I wished I had one. Was trying to back the first trailer up to a con gear at about 4 AM. Yes, I was quite tired by then, and yes it was dark, so I...

Ouch! Sure glad I'm not there. After years of trying to get my Pete registered as an RV in CA, which is all I used it for and it was insured as, I finally got smart and registered it as a historical vehicle. That lowered the registration from some $1,600 per year to $40.
