    What good is a EV?

No, can't say that I am. I try to make it known early on that I'm only interested in what the new vehicle will cost me, not what they value either one at. If they want to offer a low amount for my trade, I say "Fine, just lower the price of yours accordingly". Has worked quite well at...

Are you publicly admitting that the Charger is a POS?

2022 Smoke Show Charger Widebody Hellcat

I don't understand why whenever it rains or snows, here in the USA it's called a storm. Still not used to that. Now, Los Angeles probably takes the record. I remember the TV news there being on drizzle watch. Yes, seriously. Anyway, I really really like driving in snow, and especially snow...

2022 Smoke Show Charger Widebody Hellcat

It's supposedly quite peaceful to freeze to death. Either way it has to be better than getting bombarded with building material and then having the alligators start gnawing on your limbs as you lay there with a 2x4 through your abdomen.

2022 Smoke Show Charger Widebody Hellcat

Are you though? According to the news you're a frozen corpse by now. Which is probably still better than living with alligators, come to think of it.

    New To Ram

Mine is at about 1/10 of that, but it's not because I don't like it. It's a great car that's very fun to drive, but I just don't drive any vehicle a lot. Now, if we indeed get the 12-18 inches of snow they're talking about for this week, the TRX will be put to use.

    New To Ram

Put a Hellwig rear anti sway bar (not using the supplied links/fasteners) on it and enjoy!

    What good is a EV?

So basically, karma works. Unless it's a Karma (the car), in which case it doesn't.

    Winter storage of your Hellcats

Every year, almost like clockwork, around December 20th go for enough of a drive to get the oil warm. On dry roads, even if the driveway is snowy, as in the photo above. Then up on the lift for a pre-hibernation oil change, and into the garage they go. With whatever is in the tank and tires...

The Best 911s You Can Buy Today

Hey, even the Audi RS6 Avant lives outdoors. As did several Porsches, and so does the TRXs and much else. Hasn't killed any of them yet.

If so, I'd recommend rereading post number 56.

The Best 911s You Can Buy Today

It doesn't. Hopefully it stays out by the door where it should be, If I didn't know better I'd say you never heard the joke about the guy hired to paint the porch...who afterwards pointed out that it wasn't a porch, but a Ferrari.

Contrary to popular belief, they do survive being outdoors. Besides, most dwellings have a Porch, and they're all outside.

Looks like there are more '23s with available manuals than not. Until getting up to Turbo and Turbo S models.

Looking to buy a trailer and need feedback.

I was impressed when seeing how the four stock anchor points were attached on my toy hauler. Had already deemed them unusable based on prior experiences, but it was a pleasant surprise to see thick plates welded in to bridge the gap between the tightly spaced crossmembers. But I've also seen...

Looking to buy a trailer and need feedback.

I agree. Factory anchor points are often pitiful, and people generally don't bother with looking at what's on the bottom side of a trailer. And even if the correct backing plates are used, they don't do much good if the anchor is bolted to a wood or metal floor that isn't well secured to the...

If it gets delivered when it's snowy, it gets driven in snow. Well, into the garage anyway. Found a photo of her first Turbo S (in the background) which also shows her third Aston Martin going bye bye. Oh, and the guy who brought the latest one also had good stuff in the trailer.

This was her first 911, bought used obviously, which is very unusual for her.
