Well it happened...2018 Uconnect thinks my car is in a lake

Did I ever mention how much I like my refurbished Garmins? About 60 bucks, free lifetime updates, and no reason to ever visit a dealer. Oh, and I can have the performance pages up, and still see the GPS.

    November 2020 HFCOTM

Normally I would agree, but it's still only four doors.

I couldn't even comment without getting slapped. Can't imagine what'd happen if I posted photos.

Scorpion All- Season tire pressure when cold

It is a con, I think. Besides, if air leaks out faster than nitrogen as they claim, you'll eventually have only nitrogen in the tires whether you want it or not.

Scorpion All- Season tire pressure when cold

That's because all gasses are subject to Boyles Law, no matter what the people peddling nitrogen tells you. Which is only one reason I run only 78% nitrogen in my tires.

Selling Your Stock Pirellis. How Much?

The correct thing to do would be to make a few hellacious burnouts and get rid of them that way.

Selling Your Stock Pirellis. How Much?

I'm hoping for $450 for the 295/45s off the 'Hawk, with 2,000 miles on them.

Scorpion All- Season tire pressure when cold

I don't remember the percentage of psi change relative to temperature, but it can be significant. Especially if the air in the tires have a fair amount of humidity. Not all unlikely in Florida, right? Anyway, we often have 50 degree swings between morning and evening, and my girlfriend used to...

Does your Hellcat just coast down the road?

Some of it is over here. Which is why I can't find out if the 'Cat won't do under 30 mph.

How do you take car off eco?

Isn't that how the saying "Stick in the mud" came about?

Does your Hellcat just coast down the road?

Ah, another thing I've never tried with the 'Cat.

What, you have no street signs around your 'hood? (Sorry, trancein, couldn't resist).

Does your Hellcat just coast down the road?

Good point. I overlooked that fact that if it's a stick shift it won't slow down - at least not to below idle - so if in Fourth or Fifth, the car will still go pretty fast. Especially if the idle is at 2,000 rpm.

Does your Hellcat just coast down the road?

Hmm, I'll have to try that sometime. Taking my foot off the gas, that is. Although, when I come back home I keep the speed down on the gravel driveway, which initially slopes down, at 5 mph or so. Used to lock it in 1st gear, but that's a bit too slow at idle, so these days I tap the brakes a...

Does your Hellcat just coast down the road?

I'm glad mine doesn't idle at 2,000 rpm.

Best deals on Pennzoil Ultra Platinum and SRT oil Filter?

Knowing how fashion conscious you can be, how could they not recommend a color matched filter??

And another reason Jimmy N doesn’t like 4 door vehicles or should I say WTF

I would assume that Hellcatcfp came to visit, then proceed with firing up the machinery that could shred that thing.

Brand New Charger Carnage, never had a chance ...

Hmm. Never did consider that if it's parked nose in, the thief wouldn't necessarily know about the splitter guards and steal it anyway. Oh, yeah, it's coming back to me now. And I can relate, as my '18 was so filthy when I got to the dealer to pick it up that it would've been impossible to...
