    SRT is DEAD!

I suspect that they realized that the color was way off, then lightened it up. I'll dig up a photo of one of ours in the sun and see if they look more like yours. As it is, the aftermarket chrome ones I bought later looks like a better match. Okay, as you can see, ours are not as light and...

    SRT is DEAD!

Thanks! That's what I ordered, but they are much darker than yours. Not much lighter in color than the Granite in the foreground (both cars have the "Titanium" wheels).

    SRT is DEAD!

Unfortunately you get run flats no matter what. And the spare is available as a standalone option, although with the tow package it costs a lot less. Now I need to find out what they call those wheels...that's exactly what I want.

Nice! Are those '21 factory wheels?

    SRT is DEAD!

No, it sure isn't, and now as an owner of older diesels I'm even more aware of the effects. But, I can use starting fluid, jump starting, or a combination, and get them going. No grid needed, and they'll probably run fine even if it's 50 below. Wonder how an employer would react if someone...

    SRT is DEAD!

Read something interesting about two of those fantastic electric cars. A Nissan Leaf apparently can't be parked in under -13 degrees, with a Tesla S the limit is -22. It said they should be "evacuated", or something to that effect. I suppose that parking them in a heated garage would...

    TRX Orders

I was thinking about that yesterday. It's especially true now after getting the skid steer, and (for the moment) having decided not to sell the Trackhawk. Of course, I could make more room for vehicles in the large garage.

    TRX Orders

Thanks. My mods will have to be to get my butt in gear and finish the projector light conversion on the 3500...so I can hook the trailer up and go get the 1500. I probably have a month or so to do it. As far as changing anything on the 1500 goes, that's up to my girlfriend since it's hers. I'm...

    TRX Orders

Looks like our 12-22 order is finally built. It's apparently in J status now, but I don't know which J yet.

    UConnect Updated Today

My Cherokee has been asking me to schedule an update for months now. I have not. Seems that in a best case scenario nothing gets worse after an update.

    Man Loads Refrigerator on Challenger

Indeed. If someone did that today, there would be a thread about it.

    Man Loads Refrigerator on Challenger

Back the Trans Am down the launching ramp?

    Thoughts on the Jeep

Well, if I had to pick between power and gearing, I'd take low gearing any day for actual 'wheeling. But having both is nice, of course. Especially some power in the sand dunes. Although, in sand it's nice to have a light vehicle, so now we're right back to a real Jeep. With gearing and power.

    Man Loads Refrigerator on Challenger

But, at least he was smart enough to buy (or steal?) a Challenger instead.

    Man Loads Refrigerator on Challenger

Yes, but some wheels have sharp edges on the inside of the spokes, so a protective sleeve over the strap should be used.

    First Mod for my TRX

Just don't fill them to the point that the bump stops have to be lowered.

    Thoughts on the Jeep

It's convenient as can be. Just pull up to the pump and fill up, without having to get out of the seat. Add an overdrive and there's four levers. Ideally also a PTO for a 5th one. Yum.

    Thoughts on the Jeep

Sorry to hear that. I have obviously done my fair share of Bronco (and Toyota, and everything else) bashing, but wouldn't think of leaving a fellow 'wheeler behind, regardless of what they're driving. If nothing else, the get unstuck and repair adventures are usually half the fun of a good...

    Thoughts on the Jeep

I'm guessing that they needed to keep the corporate average mpg figures down somehow. Our cars don't exactly help it.

    Thoughts on the Jeep

And you wonder why I like real Jeeps? They have no doors. Of course, that has lead to a few discussions when registering some of them. It has to be a 2-door or a 4-door according to some authorities.
