Never thought of squeezing out that last bit of oil, but it makes sense to me. I'll try to remember doing that on whatever I change oil in next. Of course, some feel that there's no reason to drain the oil cooler because "there's so little in it". Well, I drain it.
What I already have started...
Interesting, considering that the vehicles coming out of Saltillo seem to be far better put together than what comes out of the domestic plants.
Maybe paying forklift drivers $80/hr (if that was true) isn't the key to good workmanship?
If that means that they fired the "tech" who did your oil change, that's a good thing. Not for you, but for future victims of dealer service.
And again, an oil analysis should answer many of your questions.
