In '52? You'd almost be considered a child in Florida. Isn't the median age there about 98? (Age and temperature maybe).

Must've been a prototype TV if you were young. I figgered you watched most stuff in theaters...in black and white.

142K+ Rams Recalled Over Turn Signals and High Beams

How did I manage many, many thousands of miles in vehicles that didn't have self cancelling blink-uhs?? Either way, using hand signals is still perfectly legal.

As opposed to two on the new Challenger hood?

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

How do you know? Aren't you always sweating in Florida?

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

BULL made it easy for you, but what is this M1008? And before I took 31 inches off of the frame. One of these is a truck, the other is a pickup. You have a 50/50 chance here if BULL doesn't beat you to it.

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

Just not a good one. Locomotives often push instead.

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

Not quite. That would be a locomotive, and those pull cars. Except, maybe, in your two track mind. Tractors are specifically designed to pull things with, whether it's a farm tractor or the OTR version. And it's a tractor by default since there's no cargo area, which would make it a truck...

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

18-speed. Only transmission I could find that has a very low 1st (good for the places I frequented) and enough OD ratio to go somewhat fast on the open road. Anyway, while BULL helped you out, do you know why it's a tractor and not a truck?

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

And now a quiz for my city slicker friend DavidKFla. Is this a 1) car 2) SUV 3) truck 4) none of the above

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

When registering an M1009 (military K5) in CA, the DMV insisted on it being a "truck". I wanted the far less expensive car plates. The guy asked "So does that thing have a back seat??" I responded "Yes, it does. It may not have much in there, not even carpet, but it has a back seat". It was...

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

No, I have one SUV, the Durango. My Suburban couldn't count since the term SUV wasn't invented yet. And I have one truck, sort of, the 3500. I say sort of because it's only a truck when I have the (easily removable) flatbed on it. As the door sticker says, it's really an incomplete vehicle. Of...

Actually, I'm impressed that you didn't use Wikipedia. Or You Tube.

Durango Hellcat or Challenger Hellcat for the Street?

So the Durango has a frame?? I have photos of its undercarriage to prove you wrong. Also, far from all SUVs are classified or registered as trucks.

    Changes through the Years.

I have to agree. See one quite frequently since our 'Cats are parked side by side, but when my girlfriend offered me her Redeye I declined. She luckily came to her senses and decided to keep it instead of giving it to me, or a hood change would've been essential. Actually, I would've kept my...

Future Ford Cars Could Get Geofencing Restriction

I thought Furds always had built in geo fencing, and that's why they stop all by themselves all the time..

GM Says Selling EVs Even At $30K Is A Hard Sell

Close, but not quite. There is a gas station quite close to here, but I wouldn't even fill up your Challenger there.

GM Says Selling EVs Even At $30K Is A Hard Sell

Easily? Should I start asking around how many stations would be willing to switch one of their pumps over to E85? And if I admit that it would be for one vehicle, I really think I know the answer. Hell, I couldn't even get ethanol free 91 octane delivered here (I buy fuel in bulk) since the...

GM Says Selling EVs Even At $30K Is A Hard Sell

No, never claimed that. Although a larger tank would be great. An E85 version would be, though, since there aren't any stations with that stuff around here. But it would definitely be nicer to sit in a Hellcat and wait for help than in an EV.
