    Insane Prices

The only good thing I know of in New York is Emily Compagno. Watching her with her hair let down (and with a potty mouth) on Gutfeld is pure and pleasurable poetry in motion.

Securing your car to a trailer

Crazy glue an alligator to the floor, then let it grab the ATV.

Securing your car to a trailer

    Anything wrong with that?

I'd make the front "buckets" so they click into E or L-track.

With those tires you could use a strap over the tire, or a lasso strap either as in the Vulcan photo, or as DGatzby uses his. If there is room to get to them that is. Another option could be to make "buckets" for the front tires, like they use for motorcycles, and then strap the rears.

Securing your car to a trailer

I kinda sorta remember the photo(s) you posted of that. Could you repost and I'll put my thinking cap on?

Normal lasso straps is what I generally use, more often than wheel nets. Either over the tire like DGatzby showed, or with a fuzzy sleeve through the wheel. All depending on where the trailers' anchor points are, and what vehicle it is.

A basic lasso strap, as shown in DGatzby's photo earlier, doesn't care how small or large the tire is. Usually there's no need for the vertical support shown in the Vulcan photo above.

In my case it was the Peterbilt. Even on the driver's side, the exhaust stack and sleeper (both wider than the cab) blocked the view to the rear. Passenger side? Whatever could be seen through the door window. To the front, if getting close enough you could hide two cars with the hood. But it...

I have no problems with passing them. It's when in town and other speed limited zones (where the limits make sense) that they're fond of tailgating. That I will not exceed the speed limit in town is probably one reason they let me get away with driving as fast as I do on the highways.

    Insane Prices

There are two small outfits building around here, both with a huge backlog since they can't keep up. Of course, not wanting any more people in the 'hood, I'm fine with that. Seems like a fair amount of the Texans that come here to hunt decides to move here. The drawback is that once they do...

    Insane Prices

You could move, couldn't you? Supposedly there's more livestock than people in this state, and there's still land/houses for sale around here as far as I can tell. Of course, there's one fun road in particular where the cows do roam freely in the summer. On the positive side, they're damn...

My military grade Kyocera flip phone, the only kind I've found that I won't break within a few weeks, wouldn't be ideal for that purpose. Besides, there's no traffic to display. In my case, summer tourist season is the worst we see as far as traffic goes, and that means I may have to wait for...

I'm happy to report that the $65 (+/-) refurbished Garmins I use work just fine. I have no use for any of the cameras, or any kind of carplay. In my ideal world, the damn touch screen would be replaced with real gauges. That way it wouldn't take any time for the performance pages to load.

Yes, and I heard that Biden is tapping into the federal egg reserve, and selling some to China. Anyway, am I the only one who thinks the current Challenger (in my case an '18) is fine as is? Yeah, I'm one of those that like it when they don't needlessly change things. If they made a '28 that's...

    Corvette E-Ray January 17, 2023

Have they really gone up that much? I think my girlfriend's '20 was "a mere" $240K or so. Then again, it wasn't ordered with all kinds of very expensive options.

    Hurricane 6 Review

I like it! Makes my ordered Durango with more horsepower and a lower price seem much more reasonable.

When are the order banks open for a ‘23 Durango?

Amateur! Try four months and eight days from built to delivered to the dealer.

Men Who Think Their Penis Is Small Is Drawn To Sports Cars

Hey, don't knock BMW's finest. I have rolled in a major intersection in one of those. Took a while before it stopped spinning. And, no, I wasn't driving.
