    2019 "Poverty Pak" Widebody Challenger

It is if you know what boxes not to tick. But, yeah - Dodge de-optioned the cars for 2019 and that lowered the price of entry by like $8K from the 2018; that was the difference maker for me.

    "Project Demons Breath"

There was a discussion on the other forum about two air filters (one from a 1320 and one from HC), and if I remember right their flow ratings were measured at 2 in of H2O. Scurries off to check... Yup, 2 inches of water. Keep in mind these are in a low vacuum environment. However, if you...

    Destroyer Grey will end production

Destroyer Grey is a very polarizing (bird-shit and mud slurry) colour, and when it debuted it was awesome because it was associated with an awesome car. But, then it trickled down to a bunch of shitty cars in the FCA line up, and then every other manufacturer came up with their own blend of...

    2019 "Poverty Pak" Widebody Challenger

Someone has to be dumb enough to try, right? Here is a fun little exercise when choosing an autocross car: Looking at where is everything placed in the chassis. 1. The relationship between the forward most cylinder and the centreline of the front axle. Obviously anything forward of the axle...

    Fast Canadian hellcats/demons/redeyes/trackhawks

I grew up at Cayuga and we have lots of great memories watching and racing there. Grand Bend is nice, but always seemed out of the way. And I was banned from St. Thomas by the previous owners. Luskville is only geographically convenient (an hour from my front door) and Napierville is the...

    2019 "Poverty Pak" Widebody Challenger

Painted calipers are a "no cost" option in Canada - and I wanted a white, black and orange themed car as a nod to Landy's "Boycott" Challenger: And the hood pins are an added layer of security during half-mile runs as these cars have shown a tendency for underhood lift. Plus, I f*cking love...

    2019 "Poverty Pak" Widebody Challenger

We all know how formidable the Hellcats can be on the drag strip and on cruising out on the highway. But, what in the world possesses a person to believe that a HC Challenger can be a half-way decent autocross car? Well, a lot of it is in the numbers and below the surface - plus a little risk...

    Cold Air Intakes...

The factory wouldn't have modified the intake on the Demon and 2019+ HC Challengers if it didn't have a benefit - when engineered correctly. @Hpindy let me know if you are going to Napierville - I'll bring some 4" tube, couplers, filters, and velocity stacks.

    2019 "Poverty Pak" Widebody Challenger

Only when I take it out, passenger seat too. Chose this over a 2015 Z28 because it is more family friendly. I can do a 10% weight reduction in this car before taking a penalty with my club - that is 400+lbs. I have some ideas to make the most of that rule. Hood? Who needs a hood!

    2019 "Poverty Pak" Widebody Challenger

In July we placed an order for arguably the most basic Challenger Hellcat possible. The car is set to be delivered with nothing more than a manual transmission, summer tires, orange brake calipers, hood pins, and the widebody package - all in a plain white wrapper. Nothing else. Cloth seats...

    Cold Air Intakes...

Will that gain include actual cold air? Or just potential access to more ambient air? I'd love to have an underhood weather machine that increased air density.

    Heyyy Vatos!

We ran it back in 2016 in my TBSS, and was going to do it this year (in my wagon) until my brother backed out (and I ordered a Hellcat). It was an incredible experience to say the least... I was even quoted in the DW issue of HRM. Makes a Hellcat look like a fly-weight.

What was your first Hellcat mod?

17x11 and 18x5 Racestars, Barton pistol grip shifter, and a couple of catch cans await it. Tint and some other cosmetic bobbles to follow.

    Buying Used Hellcat

I waited until 2019 because the Challenger was finally available the way I wanted it (without a bunch of standard features/options) and it had a lot of updates built into it. OEMs push out a 90% solution to market and allow the end user to beta test it for them in the real world, making...

Why didn't this forum take off before?
