Well. This is an interesting development. It doesn't seem to have any particular reason year/wheel style/WB/NB.
I wonder if it is dealer specific to a PDI?
20" wheels can be a bitch to balance.
Just looked back at my car during the PDI and I don't see a single wheel weight - but it is...
I was peeking under my car yesterday and noticed it has knock-on weights on the inner wheel lips - this is in addition to the stick-on weights on the barrels. Is this normal?
Maybe an hour or two max start to finish. I used a washer to cut the corners. I recommend doing it on a warm day so the vinyl is more pliable from the beginning - once it warmed up with my heat gun (on low) it was really workable... but the adhesive is heat activated so get it in place first...
We actually have a Lamborghini in our small town - I still can't figure out how he maintains it (he owns a small pizza shop FFS). Maybe he goes to Montreal 2.5hrs away?
We do have a Porsche dealer in Ottawa proper.
Vinyl wrap. Cut them out myself. The product I used has all the details right here on the label:

You can get it on Amazon. I had enough to make two sets, and enough leftovers for other projects.
I'd love to have a Ferrari F40 - but dread the upkeep and I'll be damned if you can find spare parts. This Challenger? There will be lots of them in the yards over the next 20 years. It is the "practical" choice.
So much easier to tune the throttle.

This is from the stock Demon tune, you can see the Street tune on the left and the Track tune on the right. The obvious difference where the pedal voltage equals full throttle sooner...
