I'm not exactly sure where the rules for this are.......so....would it be helpful to have them posted in the first post each month announcing the contest??? or at least the 2 main rules????

Asking for a friend......

Click on FORUMS. Theres a Hellcat of the month category. Click that and there’s a thread there listing the rules. Although I do think youre right, a list of the rules as a first post every month would be perfect.
