Beretta built it's new plant in TN (not MD).
Remington Arms moved a large chunk of it's staff from NY to AL.
Both of these happened a few years ago.

Now Kimber is moving it's NY ops to AL.

Been seeing lots of articles lately about office space on both coasts falling vacant, companies bailing on paying the rent and rent rates falling fast.
