Made it to the track last night. Picked my Hellcat 4 weeks and the track finally opened. Car is stock expect drag pack and rear diff brace. Had under 1/2 tank and didn't take my 20 lbs tool bag out (forgot) Scale was not working so no weight I bought some M&H 275/50/17 last year for the Daytona. They only make a 9" and 11" wide tire in a 28" 17 and I'm using a 10" wide wheel so I went with the 9". DA looked to be around 1500 so I was thinking 11.2's based on others with Chargers. Not knowing what to expect I eased into it with a 1.62 60ft and ran 11.00@124.97! I could have went home at that point since it went faster then I expected. Next pass I got into it harder spinning through 1st and ran 11.43@125. One of my goals was to test stock air filter against the Green filter so I changed it out. Next pass again spun to a 11.53@123.97.At this point I was more concerned about hooking and rain was coming. I did my best John Force impression and filled the area full of smoke almost to the starting line. I knew right away I left some on the table by they way it left but it wasn't spinning so off we went. I was handed the slip...10.99@126.40 with only a 1.64 60ft, we did it! Not 5 minutes later the rain came and ended the night by being after 8 they were not going to dry the track. They have a test and tune today and the DA looks better but going to get the spacer under the blower on
My air filter test wasn't the best I could have done. I really need to be able to switch back and forth. I did run the same lane every pass. DA was very close for both passes. The data I have, The Green filter ran 100.63 at the 1/8th to 100.22 for the stock filter. The Green filter had better mph with a 117.42 at the 1000ft to the stock filter 115.43 and 1/4 mile 126.40 to 124.97.
I need to get some better test data though
